    Julie Hawke - General Manager

Julie Hawke MBA, CPPM, AIM - General Manager - Specialising in business consulting, project management, ICT procurement, strategic planning and change management. In a career spanning over 12 years in the ICT industry, mainly in the area of Project Management, Julie has delivered many complex projects for a number clients in both the Public and Private sector. Julie had full carriage of the majority of these projects from the development of business cases to secure funding, gathering and developing requirements and specification documentation, managing the procurement process, completing the implementation planning through to implementation and close out.

Core skills include:

  • Extensive project management experience using Prince 2 and PMBOK methodologies
  • Extensive Business and Process Analysis skills including the use of BPMN and UML business process modeling methods
  • Procurement Specialist - Proven understanding of the Queensland State Purchasing policy and major ICT procurement processes

  • Management of project budgets - $20K - $6.4M
  • Management of project teams – 1 to 15 direct staff
  • Holds an MBA (2007) and a CPPM (2008)
  • Is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AiPM) and the Australian Institute of Management (AIM)
  • Demonstrated understanding of and experience in managing ICT technical concepts and complex telecommunications technologies
  • Completed the Thomsett Business Analyst Course
  • Completed the Australian Computer Society Business Analysis for Systems course

    Jayson Hawke - Director

Jayson Hawke MIT,CPPM - Director - Jayson has over ten years experience in the management of complex private and public sector organisations including Queensland Health, the Queensland Police Service (QPS) and Brisbane City Council.

He holds a Masters in IT and is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner. He is an accomplished Project Manager with significant ICT industry experience and a proven track record in successful delivery of ICT Strategic planning, application, infrastructure and service management projects.

Mark Barrie - Director – Mark is an accomplished Service Delivery Manager with over 25 years professional managerial and industry experience in both the private and public sectors including Telstra, Flight Centre Technology, CITEC and a number of Queensland State Government Departments.

He has considerable experience managing multiple ICT operational teams, associated budgets and customer engagements. He is a clear communicator with an outcomes focused delivery approach confirmed by a history of successful Service Management Improvement and Organisational Change projects.
